Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant Operations
  • Oversee nightly floor operations in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant and sports bar environment
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house team and kitchen staff
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Team Leadership
  • Coach, train, and support restaurant servers, bartenders, and hospitality team members
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment
  • Lead by example to uphold company standards for service and conduct

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant manager, floor manager, or hospitality leadership role
• Strong coaching, training, and team-building skills
• Professional mindset and approach to day-to-day restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required

Schedule
Full-time position with primarily night shifts. Availability on weekends required.
