Role Overview

Lead and manage call center operations, drive performance, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily call center operations
  • Lead, mentor & coach sales/support specialists
  • Develop call scripts, KPIs & procedures
  • Monitor performance & provide feedback
  • Handle escalations & complex cases
  • Align call center with marketing campaigns
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (Business/Marketing/Communication preferred)
  • 3–5 years call center experience, 2+ years in leadership
  • Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in CRM/call center software
