Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Floor Manager – Patient Care to oversee daily patient care operations and ensure smooth coordination between clinical staff, patients, and administration. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure quality patient care and safety
- Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Monitor patient experience and address concerns or complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignments
- Maintain accurate patient records and operational reports
- Support clinical staff during peak hours and emergencies
- Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and proper utilization of patient care areas
- Assist management in implementing operational improvements and training staff
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care coordination or healthcare operations
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and hospital workflows
