- Patient Care: Ensure patient comfort, address concerns, and facilitate seamless processes like registration, and tests.
- Staff Management: Supervise and evaluate staff performance, address any issues, and provide training as needed.
- Operational Management: Manage resources, maintain equipment, and implement policies to improve efficiency and quality of care.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for patients, staff, and other departments, coordinating care and resolving issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of patient care and healthcare practices.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a supervisory or managerial role, is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols is required.
