Floor Manager Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and confident Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, maintain service standards, and handle floor operations smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and staff coordination
• Supervise waiters, hosts, and front staff during service
• Ensure high standards of guest service and cleanliness
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service flow
• Monitor staff performance and discipline on the floor

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle busy service hours calmly
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards
• Well-organized and professional attitude
