Floor Manager – Restaurant Operations

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily floor operations
• Ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and team performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house staff
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in F&B
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Guest-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
