Floor Manager salon (female)

We are looking for a confident, fair and hands-on Salon Floor Manager to manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure excellent client experience. The ideal candidate will maintain discipline, teamwork and smooth workflow on the floor — without favoritism, politics or staff grouping.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily salon operations on the floor
• Manage and coordinate salon staff during working hours
• Ensure high client satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
• Control staff behavior, punctuality and service standards
• Maintain a positive, fair and teamwork-driven environment
• Handle client complaints calmly and provide immediate solutions
• Coordinate with reception, supervisor and senior management
• Monitor service quality, hygiene and floor discipline
• Ensure staff follows salon SOPs and service timelines

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Proven experience as Floor Manager / Salon Manager / Team Lead
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and client-handling ability
• Ability to manage pressure during busy hours
• Fair, firm and professional attitude (no favoritism)
