We are looking for an experienced and leadership-driven Retail Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations at our premium Samsung and Mi (Xiaomi) smartphone stores in Sialkot. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, optimizing floor performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving store revenue. The ideal candidate has strong team-management skills and a proven track record in retail operations, preferably within the smartphone or electronics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train on-floor staff (Sales Executives, Cashiers, and Loaders) to ensure high performance and discipline.
- Sales Driving: Monitor daily sales targets, analyze floor performance, and guide the sales team on up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a premium shopping experience; step in to resolve complex customer complaints, exchanges, or technical queries professionally.
- Floor Operations: Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the store, ensuring the floor is clean, secure, and fully operational.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain strict brand compliance for Samsung and Mi displays, ensuring live demo units are working, properly security-tethered, and stock is attractively displayed.
- Inventory Control: Coordinate with the warehouse/loaders to monitor stock levels on the floor and prevent stockouts of high-demand mobile models.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, customer footfall, staff attendance, and stock requirements to upper management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Lead in a retail environment (experience in smartphone or electronics retail is highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to manage both customers and team members.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word) and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) retail software.
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak shopping hours and festive seasons.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
