Floor Manager / Team Leader – Trading Platform Sales (CFD, Forex, Commodities & US Equities)

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for financial markets? We’re looking for a Floor Managers & Team Leaders to lead our Teading telesales team focused on CFD Forex, Commodities, and US Equities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales agents
• Monitor daily performance and drive conversion targets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and product standards
• Collaborate with marketing and onboarding teams for lead flow
• Provide product training and support to improve team expertise

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CFD/Forex/Equity sales
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Solid understanding of trading platforms and market trends
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
