Job Summary

The Floor Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring smooth daily floor operations at the nursery retail store. The role includes customer engagement, POS operations, stock coordination, and product knowledge support. The position requires strong plant knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Floor Sales Manager.
• Engage walk‑in customers, identify needs, provide product recommendations, and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

2. Floor Operations & POS Management

• Manage daily floor operations, ensuring effective product display and customer engagement.
• Perform cashier and POS operations, including billing, payment processing, and invoicing.
• Ensure daily cash handling, POS balancing, and reconciliation of sales reports.

3. Stock Coordination

• Coordinate stock receipt, review, restocking, and floor availability with the stock keeper and nurseries.
• Supervise stock loading for customer deliveries.

4. Sales Support & Coordination

• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support, including delivery coordination and customer follow‑up.
• Coordinate with admin teams for purchase requests and delivery documentation.
• Share market feedback and customer insights with the Floor Sales Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in the Retail Nursery or Garden Center industry
• Hands-on experience in floor sales, customer service, POS handling, and sales reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of plant materials, plant health, pests, and quality standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
