In addition to our in-house offerings, we also have a growing wholesale division that provides custom cocktail menus and training to our customers.

Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Floor Staff/Host and become the welcoming face of our dynamic venue! In this energetic role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by providing exceptional customer service, managing guest flow, and ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Whether guiding visitors through our facilities, assisting with event operations, or handling guest inquiries, your enthusiasm and professionalism will help elevate every guest’s experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, event management, and guest services within a lively restaurant complex and entertainment setting.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear information about their experience
  • Manage guest flow to ensure safety and comfort during events or peak times
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues with tact and confidence
  • Support food service operations by taking orders, serving guests, or managing tables when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas to uphold high standards of hospitality
  • Enforce safety policies, including conflict management and crowd control when necessary
  • Engage with clientele to create a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest services in a lively environment that may include theater performances or special events

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
  • Experience in events management is a plus for creating engaging guest interactions
  • Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking and addressing groups confidently
  • Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Experience working in resort settings or entertainment venues enhances your ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols related to crowd management and emergency response is beneficial

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
