Job Summary and Qualifications

• Successfully restock and rotate inventory in all assigned refrigerators, including EMS, Emergency Department (ER), and two Physicians’ Lounges.
• Utilize First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory procedures to ensure product freshness, compliance, and waste reduction.
• Monitor expiration dates and promptly remove expired or damaged items.
• Maintain all refrigerators in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition, following hospital infection control and food safety standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of refrigerator interiors and shelving.
• Communicate inventory needs, shortages, or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 15 days of employment start date
