- Schedule and allocate tasks to staff, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and feedback.
2. **Operational Efficiency**:
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and maintain best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Address and resolve any operational issues that arise promptly.
3. **Customer Service**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Support staff in dealing with difficult customers and resolving conflicts.
4. **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock.
- Monitor stockroom organization and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock discrepancies.
5. **Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the floor.
- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for staff.
- Report and document any incidents or hazards promptly.
6. **Performance Management**:
- Conduct performance evaluations for floor staff and provide constructive feedback.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance and address any performance issues.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
