Job Description: Floor Supervisor – Orbit Eye Hospital

Position: Floor Supervisor
Location: Orbit Eye Hospital
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years in hospital operations, patient handling, or floor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the overall in-charge of the hospital floor, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle patient/customer escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate with reception, nursing, and support staff to maintain service quality.
• Monitor patient flow, waiting time, and address any issues raised by patients or their families.
• Ensure housekeeping, sanitation, and overall floor environment is clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and management to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain discipline, staff attendance, and adherence to hospital SOPs.
• Prepare daily reports and update management on any major incidents or concerns.
• Assist in managing OPD/IPD activities, guiding patients throughout their journey.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare Management preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in hospital operations/medical facility as a Floor Supervisor/Floor In-charge

Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
