Job Title: Floor Manager / Supervisor

Location: Lahore, Pakistan.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: PKR 55,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain a productive, positive work environment and lead by example

Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching

Assign tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

Assist with scheduling, stock/inventory checks, and daily reporting

Communicate effectively with management regarding issues and improvements

Uphold company standards for service quality and productivity

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, or similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or operational systems

Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform moderate physical tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Industry-specific experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant, warehouse, etc.)

Bilingual abilities

Experience with scheduling or operational software
