Floor Supervisor House Keeping

• Shall report primarily to the Manager-Housekeeping and in his absence to Manager-F & A.
• Shall deal with the casual laborers and coordinating the ward cleaning staff and nurses.
• Shall develop, at short notice a special cleaning squad whenever required.
• Shall be responsible to oversee the performance of the cleaning staff if provided by the outside agency.
• Shall provide adequate and appropriate cleaning materials.
• Shall ensure that the housekeeping staff are on duty at the specified time.
• Shall achieve maximum cleanliness with economy of effort and material.
• Shall maintain a work record of the housekeeping staff.
• Shall ensure regular spraying of pesticides to avoid pests (flies, rates, cockroaches etc).
• Shall plan and ensure cleanliness through weekly cleaning, monthly spraying, cleaning of the wards.
• Shall report to superiors the major damages/defects noticed in fittings and fixtures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
