Floor Supervisors (Fast Food Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise floor staff and ensure smooth service during shifts
• Welcome customers and make sure they receive timely and quality service
• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall discipline on the restaurant floor
• Coordinate between kitchen staff and floor team during busy hours
• Manage staff attendance, shifts, and break times
• Ensure service standards, food safety rules, and company policies are followed
• Support the manager in daily restaurant operations
• Take charge of the floor during peak hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in well-known or notable fast food restaurants
• Prior experience in a supervisory or senior floor role is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused
