Stevens Realty LLC is hiring an experienced independent contractor for flooring work in residential rental properties.

Work Includes:
✔ Install carpet, hardwood, tile, vinyl & laminate
✔ Repair & refinish damaged flooring
✔ Subfloor prep & clean-up
✔ Steady projects available

Requirements:

• Proven flooring experience
• Own tools & transportation
• Reliable & hardworking
• Able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.80 - $18.14 per hour
