Flooring Installation Subcontractor

Western Slope Facility Services is looking for an experienced Flooring Installation Specialist for residential and light commercial flooring projects across the Western Slope.

This is hourly subcontractor work. We are looking for someone reliable, professional, and experienced who can complete quality flooring work without constant supervision.

Pay:
$30–$45 per hour, depending on experience, quality, reliability, tools, transportation, and ability to complete jobs independently.

Higher pay is available for installers who can handle full flooring projects from start to finish.

Work May Include:

• Removing carpet, pad, tack strip, old flooring, and debris
• Installing LVP, laminate, click-lock flooring, underlayment, transitions, and trim
• Floor prep and minor leveling
• Identifying subfloor damage, pet stains, water damage, or soft spots
• Baseboard removal, reinstall, or replacement when needed
• Keeping job sites clean and professional
• Communicating clearly about materials, progress, and issues found on site

Requirements:

• Flooring installation experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Own tools
• Must be dependable and show up when scheduled
• Must be able to work professionally around customers and property managers
• Must be able to produce clean, finished work
• W-9 required before paid work begins
• Photos of past work preferred
