About the Position

JW Installation & Trim, LLC is looking for a fast, motivated, and reliable Flooring Installer(s) with strong LVP installation experience. We focus on new construction homes, so consistency, speed, and high-quality work are essential. This is a 1099 subcontractor role and applicant must already have experience—no training available. Carpet and tile experience is a plus.

Pay Structure (Flat Rate Per House/Job)

• 1300 sq. ft. homes: $650
• 1600 sq. ft. homes: $850
• Larger models: Higher rates depending on size
• Additional project opportunities available.

Requirements

• Proven experience installing LVP flooring (cannot train—experience required)
• Carpet and tile experience is a plus
• Own tools (including cordless tools; most job sites do not have power)
• Generator recommended if cordless tools are not sufficient
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to 1.5 hours for job sites
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently
• Must be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines for new construction schedules.
