Bell's, one of Raleigh's oldest flooring companies, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Designer Sales / Customer Service Representative to join us.

We're looking for a friendly face to help clients design beautiful floors and create personable shopping experiences within a tight-knit flooring team. Combine your creative flair with sales expertise to deliver exceptional service, promote high-end products, and assist clients throughout their renovation or remodeling projects. Your enthusiasm for flooring and interior design will help customers visualize their dream environments while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in sales, design, and customer relations within a vibrant retail showroom.

Who you are and things you’ll do

• Have a best-friends-approach to engage customers, understand their design needs, and provide tailored flooring recommendations
• Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in flooring, interior design, estimating, home improvement or related fields is preferred (if you’re an awesome fit, we’ll train you!)
• General math skills to measure and estimate projects required
• Interest in social media and digital marketing is a huge plus
• Passion for design is a must!

Showroom hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm. Willingness to work some Saturdays is a must.
