Flooring Project Manager

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Designer/Project Manager to join our team. This role combines creativity, organization, and customer service to guide clients through the design and project management process from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets to create tailored design solutions.
• Design Consultation: Assist customers in selecting materials and finishes, including flooring, countertops, window coverings, and bath remodel elements.
• Project Management: Oversee the renovation process, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer questions and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Sales Support: Educate clients about our products and services, providing recommendations to meet their renovation goals.
• Training and Development: Participate in training to build product knowledge and project management skills.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; we will provide comprehensive training.
• A passion for interior design, home renovation, and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
