Flooring Project Manager

Our focus is working with disaster restoration companies within the area to provide quality flooring after fire, water, mold, storm, or other disasters.

Our hard-working team is looking to add an outgoing and proactive Flooring Project Manager who thrives at providing exceptional customer service to our customers. We are looking for a candidate, located near Laurel, MD who is able to commute to DC and surrounding MD suburbs.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of flooring sales and project management experience is necessary
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through with clients
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Knowledge of Google Suite and ability to use mobile technology
• Ability to accommodate evening and weekend appointments, if necessary
• Clean background check
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Visit new leads and make introductions while working with contractors
• Measure and price projects
• Make selections with customers and work within contractor budgets
• Create accurate quotes and submit to the home office for ordering
• Meet installers on-site to start projects and ensure the success of the project
• Manage repairs and warranty issues
• Follow up on A/R on your accounts
