Floral Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral artistry, and customer service, with the ability to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment, combining artistic talent with retail skills to provide exceptional service and beautiful designs that meet our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and craft floral arrangements for events, holidays, and everyday occasions, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and designing custom arrangements that meet their preferences and budgets.
• Maintain the floral display area, ensuring it is attractive, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle POS transactions, including cash handling and processing sales accurately.
• Manage inventory levels of flowers, plants, and related supplies through stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering floral care advice, and building lasting relationships.

Skills

• Strong floral design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience with retail sales, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory, stock levels, and display setups efficiently.
• Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
