Responsibilities:

• Design custom floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, events, and daily orders.
• Source and manage flowers and materials to ensure fresh, high-quality inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with shop displays, inventory management, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in floral design.
• Strong artistic ability with a keen eye for color, balance, and composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry flower arrangements, vases, and materials.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
