Floral Designer

Love working with flowers? Want a stable full-time job in a friendly environment? We’re hiring General Labor to join our creative team in Cranbury, NJ. No experience needed — just bring a positive attitude and we’ll train you!

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and arrange flowers for daily production
• Assist with seasonal/holiday designs (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas)
• Pack and organize decorative materials
• Help keep the workspace clean and ready for production
• Work with team members to meet daily goals

Pay & Schedule

• $17/hr starting pay (growth opportunities available)
• Monday–Friday, full-time
• Overtime available during busy floral holidays

We’re Looking For

• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Must speak English (Spanish is a plus!)
• Have a smartphone
• Punctual, positive, and ready to work right away
• Must be authorized to work in the US
