Floral Designer — Busy Atlanta Florist

We are a high volume florist in the heart of Atlanta seeking an experienced Floral Designer to join our team. Experience is absolutely required.

What you will do

• Design fresh floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and corporate clients
• Create balanced color stories and clean mechanics with speed and accuracy
• Process flowers, maintain cooler organization, and keep the design area tidy
• Collaborate with the team to meet same day deadlines and client requests
• Provide excellent customer service and support front of house as needed

What we are looking for

• Proven floral design experience in a professional shop setting
• Strong knowledge of seasonal product, proper stem care, and design principles
• Ability to follow recipes and also design confidently without a recipe
• Comfortable lifting buckets and standing for extended periods
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail

Compensation
