Floral Designer (Experienced)

Summary

As a Floral Designer at Toblers Flowers, you will have the opportunity to create stunning floral arrangements that bring joy to our customers. Your artistic skills will play a vital role in enhancing our reputation as a leading florist in the Kansas City area.

Responsibilities

• Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences for floral designs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and display cases.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill large orders efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a floral designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Pay based on experience and capabilities - We pay very well for experience
