Floral Designer & Plant Care

Flowers By Mary Lou has been serving our community since 1947. We are looking for a new diligent, self-motivated, and organized member to be a part of our floral design team.

Primary responsibilities:

*Ensuring that flowers are properly cut and stored to prevent wilting.

*Selecting and arranging flowers and decorative items to create standard and customized floral arrangements.

*Basic knowledge of plants and plant care.

*Serving customers and processing payments.

*Maintain accurate floral arrangement order records.

*Basic cleaning and organization as needed.

Qualifications:

*Floral design experience: 1 year (preferred)

*Retail sales experience: 1 year (preferred)

*Basic computer skills (preferred)

*High School Diploma or GED

*Artistic and creative.

*Effective communication skills.

*Exceptional customer service skills.

*Must be able to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
