Floral Designer/Customer Service

We’re looking for a talented and friendly Floral Designer / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role blends artistry with people skills — designing gorgeous arrangements while providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online.

What You’ll Do:

• Create custom floral arrangements, bouquets, and plant designs with attention to detail and style
• Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service to walk-in guests, phone orders, and online inquiries
• Assist with order taking, processing, and deliveries
• Maintain and organize flowers, plants, and supplies for freshness and presentation
• Keep the shop neat, stocked, and inviting — especially our beautiful walk-in cooler!
• Support holiday rushes, weddings, funerals, and special events as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are accurate and on time

What We’re Looking For:

• Floral design experience (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right creative person!)
• A love for flowers, people, and creating beauty
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfort with computers and POS systems
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet during shifts

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Must be available for occasional weekends, holidays, and busy floral seasons (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
