We’re looking for a talented and friendly Floral Designer / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role blends artistry with people skills — designing gorgeous arrangements while providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
What You’ll Do:
- Create custom floral arrangements, bouquets, and plant designs with attention to detail and style
- Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service to walk-in guests, phone orders, and online inquiries
- Assist with order taking, processing, and deliveries
- Maintain and organize flowers, plants, and supplies for freshness and presentation
- Keep the shop neat, stocked, and inviting — especially our beautiful walk-in cooler!
- Support holiday rushes, weddings, funerals, and special events as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are accurate and on time
What We’re Looking For:
- Floral design experience (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right creative person!)
- A love for flowers, people, and creating beauty
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfort with computers and POS systems
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Must be available for occasional weekends, holidays, and busy floral seasons (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc.)
