Responsibilities

• Design beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, utilizing your floral design expertise and horticultural knowledge
• Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products by offering personalized recommendations and creative ideas
• Maintain attractive displays through merchandising, stocking, and organizing floral and gardening items to maximize sales potential
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and organization to ensure product availability and freshness
• Support store operations by performing cashier duties, processing sales transactions efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in floral design, gardening, landscape maintenance or horticulture
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and POS systems
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and display setup
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage positively with shoppers of all backgrounds
• Basic understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance is beneficial but not required
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or holidays as needed

Pay: $23.47 - $28.26 per hour
