Summary

We are seeking a talented Floral Designer/Manager to join our team in Bardstown. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating stunning floral designs while managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences that align with our mission.
Responsibilities

• Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions.
• Manage daily shop operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with their floral needs.
• Oversee retail sales processes, including cash handling and POS transactions.
• Develop merchandising strategies to enhance product displays.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming shop environment.
• Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to continuously improve offerings.
• Handle e-commerce orders and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications * Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in a floral or gift shop environment.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passion for flowers and creativity in design.
