Key Responsibilities:

- Client Experience Advocate

- Cultivate exceptional relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life with intention and creativity.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the design process with confidence and enthusiasm.

Project Leadership

- Collaborate with the Owner/Designer to brainstorm innovative ideas and transform them into curated floral designs and experiences for events.

- Take ownership of projects, ensuring that timelines are met and that the final product reflects our high standards of quality and creativity.

Inspirational Team Leadership

- Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative environment where creativity flourishes.

- Inspire and mentor team members, encouraging their growth and contribution to our collective success.

Research & Development

- Stay ahead of industry trends and floral design techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

- Utilize your computer skills to conduct research, manage project documentation, and create captivating presentations for clients.
