Who we are: Angel Salazar Design, LLC is a luxury corporate floral and experiential design studio based in Chelsea, NYC. We serve some of the most recognized names in luxury and culture — delivering premium floral installations, event florals, holiday décor, and major branded experiences. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Floral Studio Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure every project is executed to the highest standard.

About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all floral production activities — from design approval through delivery. You will work closely with the Design Director and production team to ensure seamless execution of daily orders, events, and installations while maintaining an organized, efficient, and high-performing studio environment.

What you'll own

Production Planning & Coordination — Review production schedules and develop daily and weekly production plans. Coordinate all materials, vessels, mechanics, and supplies needed for upcoming projects. Confirm floral availability, organize recipes and production documentation, and verify design approvals with the Design Director before production begins.

Production Management — Oversee the creation of floral arrangements to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to design specifications. Manage production priorities, allocate resources effectively, and anticipate challenges before they impact the team. Monitor workflow continuously and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output.

Logistics & Delivery Preparation — Ensure all arrangements are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for delivery on schedule. Coordinate production completion with delivery timelines, verify orders are complete before dispatch, and communicate priorities and special requirements to relevant teams.

Team Coordination — Provide clear direction and daily production priorities to studio staff. Support collaboration across design, production, and delivery teams. Foster accountability, maintain a positive team environment, and assist with training and onboarding as needed.

Studio Organization & Maintenance — Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and production-ready at all times. Maintain organized storage of inventory, supplies, and materials. Uphold studio standards for cleanliness and safety, and proactively communicate supply needs to leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience in floral production, event production, studio operations, or a related field
• Availability to begin the work day at 4:30 AM
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, production staff, and leadership

Nice to have

• Experience managing floral production schedules and workflows
• Knowledge of floral processing, mechanics, and arrangement production
• Background in event, hospitality, or creative production environments
• Leadership or team management experience
