Florida Litigation Attorney - Remote, Hybrid, or In Office

Job Overview
We are seeking to add a litigation attorney to handle foreclosure cases throughout the state of Florida. The attorney would be expected to handle all aspects of assigned cases from inception to trial. This position can be an in-office, remote, or hybrid position for the right candidate. This position is ideal for someone looking for work-life balance. Prior foreclosure or collections law experience, or someone with criminal trial experience looking to transition over to civil litigation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
• 1+ years of litigation and trial experience required (discovery, depositions, evidentiary hearings and trials)
• Florida foreclosure experience a plus
• Can independently manage his/her caseload.
• Can work closely with paralegals, other attorneys, and Partners.
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions, both in person and mostly online.
• Communicate effectively with staff, attorneys, and clients.
• Be comfortable with using and operating computer and case management technology.
• Be able to travel as needed. However, most matters are conducted online via zoom or teams.
