Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled florist to join our team. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and artistic floral arrangements for various occasions. Your creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of different flowers and plants will be essential in providing our customers with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Create Floral Arrangements:

• Utilize your expertise in floral design to craft arrangements for weddings, special events, holidays, and everyday occasions.
• Select appropriate flowers, greens, and accessories based on customer preferences, event themes, and seasonal availability.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in choosing the perfect floral arrangements and providing expert advice on flower care and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of flowers, plants, and floral supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a diverse selection of high-quality, fresh flowers.

Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the flower shop's displays are attractive, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
• Arrange flowers in a way that highlights their natural beauty and complements the overall aesthetic.

Quality Control:

• Inspect all incoming flowers and plants for freshness, quality, and condition.
• Ensure that all arrangements meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Maintain Clean and Organized Workspace:

• Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangement techniques.
• Strong creative and artistic abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Physical stamina for lifting and carrying heavy buckets of flowers.
• Familiarity with seasonal flowers and trends in floral design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
