Job Title: Florist – Weddings & Events

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Florist to design and arrange flower décor for weddings and events. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of color, theme, and presentation, with hands-on experience in floral setup and arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Create flower arrangements, centerpieces, arches, and stage décor based on event themes.
• Select fresh flowers and materials according to the color scheme and design plan.
• Coordinate with the event designer and décor team to match the overall concept.
• Handle setup, installation, and removal of floral decorations at event venues.
• Ensure flowers remain fresh and visually appealing throughout the event.
• Manage flower inventory and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Decorator (preferably in weddings/events).
• Good knowledge of flowers, colors, and arrangement techniques.
• Creative eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet event deadlines.
• UAE experience preferred.
