Job description

We are searching for a green-thumbed Florist to work in our flower shop. As a florist , you should achieve established sales and goals and provide exceptional customer service. Florist Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and assist with their floral needs and questions.
• Build/create floral bouquets and arrangements for store selling and upon customer request.
• Providing occasion-specific flower suggestions.
• Carefully arranging palatable bouquets for purchase.
• Topping up watering solutions to enhance our flowers' life spans.
• Advising clients on possible flower combinations.
• Knowledge of plants, cut flowers and arrangements
• Ability to work all floral holidays, weekends/overtime occasionally, and any shift.
• Ability to work within strict time frames/resolute deadlines

Florist Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• 3-5 years experience as a florist.
• Ability to operate: scissors, stem clippers, wire, box cutters, helium tanks, floral foam/tape, watering can, soil, decorator cubes, flower containers, refrigeration coolers, telephone, office supplies, knife, spray paint
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects

Preference will be given to the local candidates.

Can join with short notice period and having NOC. Immiedate Joining

Can joining on contract basis.
