Florist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Florist to design, arrange, and maintain fresh and artificial floral displays for daily sales, events, and special orders. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for flowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements for walk-in customers, events, and special occasions
• Prepare bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and custom designs
• Maintain freshness of flowers through proper care, storage, and conditioning
• Assist customers with flower selection and design ideas
• Handle orders, deliveries, and setup when required
• Keep work area clean, organized, and hygienic
• Manage stock, report low inventory, and reduce waste
• Follow shop standards for quality and presentation

Requirements:

• Experience as a florist or floral assistant preferred
• Knowledge of flowers, greenery, and seasonal availability
• Creative and artistic with strong design skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons
• Able to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate weights
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
