Florist / Floral Operations Executive – Flowers & Chocolates

Job Responsibilities

• Order, manage, and maintain supplies of fresh seasonal flowers, greenery, potted plants, and decorative floral materials for daily arrangements and displays.
• Receive and process customer orders in person, by phone, and through the website, including special requests, delivery schedules, locations, and payment processing.
• Consult with customers on budget, preferences, and occasion needs to design customized floral and chocolate arrangements that ensure complete satisfaction.
• Educate customers on flower varieties, fillers, scents, colors, and compatibility, helping them make informed choices.
• Explain proper care and handling of floral arrangements to extend freshness and enjoyment.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and order records through POS systems for both in-store and online transactions.
• Prepare the workspace daily, including setup and breakdown, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a professional working environment.
• Assist with delivery operations, including loading and unloading delivery vehicles and placing arrangements at designated locations.
• Participate in outdoor floral installations and event setups, including physical work when required.
• Be flexible to work evenings, nights, weekends, and off-site assignments based on business requirements and event schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong knowledge in floral arrangements and basic chocolate arrangements (considered an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
• Physically fit and willing to perform outdoor and manual tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work efficiently under time constraints.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
