FLORIST

We are currently looking for an experienced Florist to join our growing team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: BD 180 – 250 (based on experience)

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floral design and flower care (mandatory)

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior

• Creative, detail-oriented, and open-minded

• Dedicated, committed, and willing to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities

• Creating hand bouquets

• Preparing vase, box, and floral arrangements (small & large scale)

• Preparing wedding Dazza.

• Maintaining flower freshness and lifespan

• Preparing chocolate platters

• Handling customer interaction with confidence and professionalism

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Well-presented with a professional appearance

• Sales skills and customer-focused mindset

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide a portfolio of previous work, especially bouquets and floral arrangements. Candidates will be tested during the interview process.
