Florist

At Butter, we don’t just arrange flowers — we create refined, modern floral experiences.

We’re looking for a Junior Florist to join our team in our flagship store at Dubai Hills Mall. Someone with a natural eye for beauty, attention to detail, and a genuine love for flowers.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in creating daily bouquets and arrangements in line with Butter’s aesthetic
• Support with flower prep, conditioning, and stock management
• Help execute orders for deliveries, events, and subscriptions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Occasionally assist with styling, photoshoots, or in-store presentation

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years experience in floristry
• A good eye for color, balance, and composition
• Positive attitude and team player energy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (especially peak seasons )
• Based in Dubai
• This is a probatory role so candidate needs to have own visa for at least the probatory period.
• Goode selling and client abilities

Bonus if you:

• Have experience with modern/luxury floral styles
• Are comfortable with social media or content creation
• Have worked in events or retail environments
