Job Description:
Rosabella Flowers is looking for a creative and passionate Florist to join our team in Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, enjoys working with flowers, and can create beautiful arrangements that meet customer preferences and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, and customized floral designs
• Assist customers with flower selection and provide design recommendations
• Prepare and maintain flowers to ensure freshness and quality
• Handle wrapping, packaging, and presentation of orders
• Support daily shop operations, including cleaning and organizing displays
• Manage orders for walk-in customers, online requests, and special occasions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a florist or in a flower shop
• Knowledge of flower types, care techniques, and arrangement styles
• Creative skills and attention to detail
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy seasons when required

Preferred:

• Experience with customized bouquets and event arrangements
• Basic English communication skills
