A Florist Designer in a chocolate showroom is responsible for creating elegant floral arrangements and decorative displays that enhance the presentation of luxury chocolates, gift boxes, and seasonal collections. The role combines floral creativity with visual merchandising to provide customers with a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design fresh and artificial floral arrangements for the showroom
• Create floral decorations for chocolate gift displays, hampers, and special occasions
• Maintain the freshness and appearance of flowers and decorative materials
• Coordinate floral themes for seasonal promotions, weddings, corporate gifts, and events
• Assist customers with customized floral and chocolate gift arrangements
• Ensure showroom displays remain clean, elegant, and visually appealing
• Manage flower inventory and coordinate with suppliers
• Support visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and decorative styling
• Creative sense for luxury presentation and color coordination
• Knowledge of flower care and handling
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Attention to detail and presentation quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Floral design certification or related experience
• Experience in luxury retail, gifting, or event decoration
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
