FLS Architect

We are seeking an experienced FLS Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Fire & Life Safety design coordination, code compliance, and ensuring all architectural designs meet local and international fire safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review Fire & Life Safety (FLS) architectural designs and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defence (QCD), QCS, NFPA, and international codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Review evacuation plans, compartmentation layouts, and fire escape routes.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and site inspections.
• Identify and resolve FLS-related design issues during project execution.
• Prepare technical reports and support authority submissions and approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety design and architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of QCD, QCS, NFPA, and international fire safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
