About the Role:

Homes & Buildings is seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile and web application development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable, high-performing apps using Flutter for frontend and have strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Firebase, or PHP. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced media-tech environment and contribute to developing innovative digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile & Web Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and database architectures.
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

UI/UX Implementation

• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, high-quality applications.
• Ensure smooth performance, animations, and consistent user experience across devices.

Database & Server Management

• Work with Firebase, MySQL, or MongoDB for data storage and management.
• Handle API integrations and real-time data synchronization.
• Optimize performance and scalability of applications.

Testing & Deployment

• Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
• Deploy applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Maintain version control and documentation using Git/GitHub.

Team Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver robust digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter and full-stack technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in mobile and web development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and backend technologies (Node.js / Firebase / PHP).
• Experience with API integration, authentication, and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of state management tools (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of database systems (MySQL, Firestore, or MongoDB).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and app store deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
