Flutter & Dart Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Flutter and Dart Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, and developers looking to enhance their skills in Flutter and Dart. The trainer will create and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that cover both fundamental and advanced topics in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Flutter and Dart, covering all aspects from basic to advanced levels.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update the training curriculum, ensuring it is aligned with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Hands-on Exercises: Create and facilitate hands-on exercises and projects to provide practical experience to learners.
• Student Assessment: Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and exams.
• Mentoring and Support: Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
• Resource Development: Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and documentation.
• Feedback Implementation: Collect and analyze feedback from students to continuously improve the training program.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Flutter, Dart, and related technologies to ensure the training content is current and relevant.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development concepts, design patterns, and best practices.

Additional Knowledge (Plus Point):

• Familiarity with .NET framework and C#.
• Understanding of MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.

Timings:

• 1pm - 9pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
