About the Role
We are looking to hire a Flutter Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to live projects while working closely with our senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications and Web application using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver user-friendly and responsive apps.
• Implement UI components, animations, and state management solutions.
• Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Test, debug, and optimize apps for performance.
• Keep up to date with the latest mobile development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Understanding of OOP principles and mobile app development basics.
• Familiarity with state management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).
• Experience in integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
• Knowledge of Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Understanding of responsive UI design and app performance optimization.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices.
