We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who’s passionate about building beautiful, fast, and user-friendly mobile applications.

What You’ll Work On:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, high-performance UIs and ensure smooth user experiences.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data efficiently.
• Work with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Notifications, Storage).
• Handle state management using Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Debug, test, and improve app performance.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and testers to deliver complete solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile sprints.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart programming.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON handling, and Firebase integration.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Who Can Apply:

Experienced Candidates (1–3 years):

• Must have developed at least one real-world Flutter application (personal, freelance, or professional).
• Should be comfortable with app architecture, API integration, and performance optimization.

Freshers:

• Should have a solid foundation in Flutter & Dart (self-taught, project-based, or via training).
• Will undergo a pre-job internship (typically 3–4 months) before being considered for a full-time position.
• Must be eager to learn, proactive, and able to demonstrate coding skills through sample projects or GitHub.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
• Experience with local storage (Hive / Shared Preferences / SQLite).
• Familiarity with UI animations, Lottie, or custom widgets.
• Understanding of app deployment (Play Store / App Store).
