Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Build and maintain cross platform (iOS & Android) mobile applications with a focus on smooth performance and usability.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel perfect, interactive user interfaces.
• Ensure compatibility across various device sizes, OS versions, and screen resolutions.
• Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness, and low memory usage.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage state using providers, Riverpod, Bloc, or other patterns as appropriate.
• Work with version control systems (like Git) and participate in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve front end issues, crashes, or performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Flutter development with a portfolio of mobile apps or personal projects (published apps are a plus).
• Solid understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter SDK.
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
• Basic understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle for iOS and Android.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
• Understanding of responsive design, adaptive layouts, and different screen sizes/densities.
• Basic awareness of mobile accessibility and performance optimization best practices.
• Strong problem solving, communication and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
